Félicien moved to Singapore in 2004 working as the Executive Chef of the Hilton Hotel. After several years as a chef for restaurants and hotels in the State City, Félicien decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure and created Félicien Gourmand in 2016.
Félicien's journey has been widely acclaimed internationally by professional critics. Félicien's recipes have been featured on various websites, books and leading media outlets.
Félicien has also taugh champagne classes in France's top restaurants, has been part of a group of celebrity chefs for epicurean fundraising dinners, and has even innovated recipes in collaboration with leading oncologists in the fight against cancer.
