Presentation of the
chef Alexander Lee

Chef Alex is a private chef with 9 years of experience. He worked in New Zealand, Australia and returned to Singapore as Chef at Sofitel before developing his own private culinary show business.

​

Chef Alex is confident in his cooking, he has been trained to make mergers of several cultures and does not hesitate to innovate and be a force of proposal to satisfy its customers. 


He is passionate about the products he uses and takes the time to explain the technical terms in case of public demonstration: he will easily attract the local population to the stand.
