Pulled pork, with soft buns and pickled celery and cucumber
Ingredients

Pulled pork (Sufficient)

Soft buns (20 buns)

Celery (1 packet)

Japanese cucumbers (8 cucumbers)

Red wine vinegar (1 bottle)
-
White sugar (200g)
-
Lettuce (1 packet)
Method

Slice the celery and cucumber into julienne pieces
-
Bring together 200g of water, vinegar and sugar to a boil

Steep the hot pickle liquid over the celery and cucumber. Let them pickle ideally overnight
-
To assemble, slice the buns open and place the pulled pork inside the bun with generous toppings of veggie pickles
