Pulled pork, with soft buns and pickled celery and cucumber 

Ingredients 

  • Pulled pork (Sufficient) 

  • Soft buns (20 buns) 

  • Celery (1 packet) 

  • Japanese cucumbers (8 cucumbers) 

  • Red wine vinegar (1 bottle) 

  • White sugar (200g) 

  • Lettuce (1 packet) 

 

Method 

  1. Slice the celery and cucumber into julienne pieces 

  1. Bring together 200g of water, vinegar and sugar to a boil 

  1. Steep the hot pickle liquid over the celery and cucumber. Let them pickle ideally overnight 

  1. To assemble, slice the buns open and place the pulled pork inside the bun with generous toppings of veggie pickles
