Terrine with rocket and apple salad, parmesan, shaved carrot and balsamic, walnut 

Ingredients 

  • Terrine (Sufficient) 

  • Rocket salad (500g) 

  • Green apple (3 apples) 

  • Parmesan cheese (500g) 

  • Carrots (2 carrots) 

  • Walnut (200g) 

  • Balsamic vinegar (1 bottle) 

 

Method 

  1. Slice the terrine into portions and leave at room temperature. 

  1. To make the salad, slice thinly the green apple and shave the carrot. Leave them both in ice water to crisp up 

  1. Toast the walnut until its dark brown 

  1. Toss the rocket salad, apple, carrots and shaved parmesan and serve the salad alongside the terrine. 

  1. Glaze the salad with balsamic vinegar. Serve with a bit of cracked black pepper
